✅ Payments must be made through the available secure online options.
✅ Due to the sacred nature of our items, no returns, cancellations, or exchanges are allowed, except in case of approved manufacturing defects.
✅ 100% advance payment is required for all orders.
✅ Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) is a limited facility, not available at all times or for all areas.
✅ Legal matters fall under Mangalhat Area, Hyderabad jurisdiction.

📌 Important Purchase Conditions

• All items are strictly meant for spiritual worship, pooja rituals, festive use, home décor, or devotional reading.

• Items are not for medicinal use, consumption, resale, or any non-spiritual purpose.

• Combo orders involving Pooja items + Devireddi Sir’s books may be cancelled due to logistics limitations.

• Orders are accepted only with valid Indian mobile numbers and Indian delivery addresses.

• Shipments are sent through Courier or India Post, based on the pincode and logistics availability.

• For remote/rural areas, some courier partners do not pick up parcels daily, and we may require 1 to 2 weeks to dispatch such orders.

  • If you're uncomfortable with this delay, you are free to request cancellation before dispatch, and we will refund any advance payment.

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• COD is a facility, not a right, and is enabled only in selected pincodes and at limited times, based on our logistics partners' ability and internal controls.

• We reserve full rights to reject or cancel any COD or prepaid order based on:

  • The customer’s past cancellation or refusal history.

  • Address validation or risk patterns.

  • Courier or logistics non-serviceability.

  • Our own internal evaluation systems, which are not open to explanation.

• Charges collected for COD, shipping, or delivery are clearly shown during checkout.

  • Customers disputing or litigating about COD charges are not entertained, as these charges were visible and acknowledged during the order process.

• We encourage customers to:

  • Read every product description, charge, and policy in full before placing an order.

  • Order only if they are comfortable reading and understanding English, as we currently do not support other languages.

• Products that carry Central Government certifications will display the respective certificate in the product photos. You are welcome to download and preserve them.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 3–4 working days (excluding holidays and weekends) after full payment confirmation.

• Typical delivery times are 3–7 working days after dispatch.

• In some areas, especially remote locations, shipping might be delayed by 1–2 weeks due to courier network limitations.

• We do not guarantee any fixed delivery timeline, as delivery is managed by third-party courier services.
  Please do not order if your requirement is urgent or time-sensitive.

🔁 Returns & Replacements (Only for Approved Manufacturing Defects)

• You must notify us within 36 hours of receiving the parcel, along with clear photos/videos of the defect.

• After our approval, the product must be returned to us at your own shipping cost.

• If the defect is verified:

  • A replacement will be sent within 12–15 working days, if available.

  • If out of stock, a suitable replacement or refund will be offered.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–8 working days to the original payment source.

Refunds are provided only in rare, management-approved scenarios and will be credited to the original payment method within 5–8 business days.
