1. Ownership & Jurisdiction

• MaaPooja.in is operated by Mrs. Jyothibala M, under the guidance of Mr. Ram Swaroop B, fourth-generation entrepreneur in the divine legacy of Late Shri B.N. Swami.

• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mangalhat Area, Hyderabad, India.

2. Orders & Payments

• Orders are accepted only through www.MaaPooja.in.

• 100% advance payment is required unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is explicitly permitted.

• No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are allowed, except for approved manufacturing defects in normal sales scenarios without Gift Code. Also Any Free or Promotional Offer Sales and Free or Promotional Goodies or Gifts are non returnable or enot at all eligible for exchange, return or refund in all scenarios.

• Valid Indian mobile numbers and addresses are mandatory.

• Customers are solely responsible for accurate details. Incorrect entries may result in non-delivery with no liability on Maa Pooja.

• Payment Attempt Without Order Confirmation

  In certain cases, a payment attempt may be initiated by the customer but the corresponding order may not be successfully generated or recorded in the MaaPooja.in system due to technical interruption, payment gateway failure, bank-side decline, network disruption, or incomplete checkout confirmation. In such circumstances, no valid order shall be deemed to have been placed or accepted by MaaPooja.in, and the seller shall have no obligation to process, dispatch, or reserve any product. Any amount debited during such failed or incomplete transactions is automatically handled by the respective payment gateway, UPI network, or the customer’s issuing bank, and shall be reversed or settled strictly in accordance with the payment system’s internal reconciliation process and timelines. MaaPooja.in does not receive, hold, or control such funds where an order is not generated, and therefore cannot manually initiate refunds for such transactions. Customers are required to verify the status of such payments with their bank, UPI provider, or payment application. By using the website, the customer acknowledges that only orders that are successfully generated with a valid order number in the MaaPooja.in system constitute a confirmed purchase, and any payment attempt without a corresponding order confirmation shall not create any contractual liability, delivery obligation, or claim against MaaPooja.in.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & PrePaid Orders

COD or PrePaid is a limited facility, subject to courier feasibility and Maa Pooja’s discretion.

COD charges (if any) will be shown at checkout and must be paid with the order.

COD Orders and PrePaid without explicit confirmation may be cancelled due to several issues including logistics constraints, festive rush, or courier-related limitations. Maa Pooja is not obliged to assign specific reasons in such cases.

Even a single instance of COD order rejection or refusal by a customer, for reasons attributable to the customer, shall be treated as a violation of Maa Pooja’s operational principles. To safeguard the financial and logistical interests of Maa Pooja, such customers may be temporarily or permanently prohibited from placing new orders. In such cases, Maa Pooja reserves the right to cancel any future PrePaid or COD orders without assigning reasons.

Maa Pooja may reject or cancel any Prepaid or COD order without explanation.

4. Delivery & Courier Responsibility

4.1 Dispatch Timelines

• Orders are dispatched within 3–4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Dispatch depends on product availability and operational feasibility.

4.2 Delivery Timelines

• Indicative delivery: 3–7 working days post-dispatch (subject to courier operations).

• Delays may occur even in metropolitan areas due to external or courier-related issues.

• Delivery dates are indicative only and not binding.

4.3 Courier as Complimentary Service

• Courier delivery is provided purely as a complimentary facility and is not a paid or contractual service.

• Maa Pooja is not liable for courier-related issues including delays, damages, transit losses, misrouting, or failed deliveries.

4.4 Customer Instructions & Non-Relevant Fields

• Maa Pooja uses DotPe, a third-party software provider serving multiple merchant categories (restaurants, groceries, salons, etc.).

• As a result, checkout may display fields such as Delivery Instructions, Special Notes, Age, Gender, or other demographic details.

• These fields are non-applicable to Maa Pooja. Information entered here:

  • Will not be processed or acted upon by Maa Pooja.

  • Cannot be transmitted to courier agents.

  • Has no bearing on fulfillment.

4.5 No Time-Sensitive Deliveries

• Maa Pooja strictly advises customers not to place time-sensitive orders requiring guaranteed or urgent delivery (e.g., “must arrive before festival date” or “within 24 hours”).

• Delivery timelines are indicative only and subject to courier operations.

• Customers placing time-sensitive orders do so entirely at their own risk, with no liability on Maa Pooja.

4.6 Customer Responsibility & Acknowledgment

• Customers must acknowledge courier handling is outside Maa Pooja’s control.

• By ordering, customers accept that courier delays or disruptions cannot be attributed to Maa Pooja.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds (for approved cancellations, certified damages, or verified missing items) will be processed only to the customer’s UPI ID/UPI details, within 5–8 business days.

• Refunds to cards, wallets, or bank accounts are not supported.

• Free/promotional items are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

6. Proprietary Mixes

• Certain products are based on proprietary blends and ancestral knowledge.

• Maa Pooja is not obligated to disclose ingredients, sourcing, or preparation methods.

• Purchases are made in faith and trust. Customers uncomfortable with this should refrain from ordering.

6A. Devireddi Sir Books – Special Terms

• Maa Pooja makes available books authored by Shri Devireddi Rama Krishna Reddi Sir purely as a service to society and mankind, out of goodwill and respect for the author.

• These books are sold at very heavy discounts, and in several cases at losses, only to uphold the author’s words and ensure wider reach of his teachings.

• Accordingly:

  1. No Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is not permitted for book orders. Any COD orders may be bluntly rejected without prior intimation.

  2. Logistical Handling: Orders combining pooja items and books may be cancelled due to logistical reasons. Customers are advised to place such orders separately.

  3. Customer Conduct: Buyers must acknowledge that these books are supplied at exorbitant discounts as a matter of goodwill, not profit. Customers with a litigant mindset are advised to refrain from purchasing.

  4. Acceptance of Terms: By ordering Devireddi Sir’s books, customers expressly agree to these conditions and waive all claims or disputes against Maa Pooja.

7. Quality & Certifications

• Products are sourced in good faith from trusted vendors. Maa Pooja is a facilitator, not a certifier.

• Certifications shown are vendor-provided, often based on random sampling.

• Certificates do not mean every unit is tested. Copies may be requested separately.

• Certified returns must be unused, intact, and in original packaging; return costs borne by the customer.

• Refunds processed only after inspection.

7A. Natural Weight Loss & Evaporative Items

• Certain items are naturally prone to evaporation, shrinkage, or weight variation.

• Examples include (but are not limited to): Bhimseni camphor, other camphor variants, Nalla Pasupu Kommulu, turmeric/haldi, haldi-based kumkum, herbal powders, resins, and proprietary evaporative blends.

• This list is illustrative, not exhaustive — any naturally evaporative/perishable product falls in this category.

• Natural reduction in weight, aroma, or texture is not a defect and does not qualify for refunds or disputes.

7B. Product Images & Representation Disclaimer

• Product images on MaaPooja.in are representative only.

• Actual products may differ in size, shape, packaging, texture, or color due to:

  • Natural variations in raw materials,

  • Vendor/manufacturer batch differences,

  • Lighting, photography, and screen display,

  • Seasonal or procurement-related factors.

• Color Disclaimer: Products like kumkum, haldi, sindoor, powders, and mixes may appear different in photos. For example, maroon kumkum may appear red when photographed.

• Perceived differences like “looked bigger in photo” or “shade looks different” are not defects and do not qualify for refund or replacement.

7C. Certificates, Sampling & Use Restrictions

• Central/recognized laboratory certificates (including those issued by government or accredited labs) are typically issued on the basis of random sampling and/or batch-level testing as performed by the issuing authority or vendor. Such certificates do not imply testing of every single product unit or every batch produced.

• Maa Pooja does not mandatorily provide certificate copies for each and every sold item. Certificates, where available, relate to specific samples/batches and the scope stated in the certificate itself.

• Certificate Requests: For items that have certificates, customers may request a copy of the relevant certificate by quoting their order number. Upon verification and subject to availability, Maa Pooja may provide a digital copy which the customer may retain for personal reference or print if desired.

• Use Restrictions: Any unauthorised reproduction, manipulation, alteration, misuse, re-publishing, or commercial exploitation of certificate copies provided by Maa Pooja is strictly prohibited. Such acts shall attract appropriate civil and criminal liability, and Maa Pooja reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings (including criminal complaints) and seek remedies for misuse.

• By requesting or receiving a certificate copy, the customer agrees to use it solely for personal reference and not to reproduce or misrepresent it in any manner.

8. Missing Items

• Missing items may occur due to staffing errors.

• Customers must notify Maa Pooja promptly.

• Verified missing items will be refunded via UPI.

• Once refunded, no further claims apply.

9. Promotions

• Promotions (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.) are informational only.

• They do not guarantee COD, discounts, or stock availability.

• Applicability depends on pincode, courier feasibility, and internal policies.

10. Pricing Policy

• Prices may vary due to product nature, sourcing, operational costs, and seasonal fluctuations.

• Purchases are voluntary; disputes on pricing will not be entertained.

11. No Physical Visits

• Maa Pooja is a purely online business. No retail or wholesale walk-ins are permitted.

• Exceptions may be granted only at Maa Pooja’s discretion.

• Unauthorized visits may attract legal action.

12. Customer Conduct

• Customers must maintain respectful and lawful conduct.

• Harassment, abuse, or reputation damage attempts may result in blocking and/or legal action.

• Offenders shall bear all resulting liabilities and costs.

13. Spiritual Disclaimer

• Maa Pooja does not guarantee specific outcomes from pooja items.

• Effectiveness depends on individual faith and belief.

• Dissatisfaction must be resolved within one’s own spiritual practice.

14. Territorial Service

• Services are primarily for Telangana customers.

• Orders outside Telangana may be accepted at Maa Pooja’s discretion.

• No guarantee on COD or timelines outside Telangana.

15. Intellectual Property

• All website content (images, descriptions, logos, branding, designs) belongs to Maa Pooja or relevant suppliers.

• Unauthorized reproduction or misuse may invite legal action.

16. Liability & Indemnity

• Maa Pooja’s liability is strictly limited to the order value paid.

• No liability exists for indirect or consequential damages (delays, mental stress, opportunity loss).

• Customers expressly acknowledge disclaimers in Section 4 (Delivery & Courier), Section 6A (Devireddi Sir Books), Section 7A (Evaporative Items), Section 7B (Representation Disclaimer), and Section 7C (Certificates & Sampling).

• Customers agree to indemnify Maa Pooja against misuse, breach of terms, or rights violations and shall be liable for all costs, losses, and legal consequences arising from such misuse.

17. Updates & Severability

• Maa Pooja may update these Terms without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review before purchase.

• If any clause is held invalid, the remainder continues to apply.

18. Final Authority

• All decisions regarding orders, refunds, COD eligibility, Prepaid or COD Orders cancellations, and restrictions are final and binding, at Maa Pooja’s discretion.
